Welcome to 1989 BAKE HOUSE, where exquisite flavors and delightful creations come to life. My name is Roselena, part owner and head pastry chef. We take food serious in the sense that flavor, quality and consistency are some of the most important things to us. We create Chai Oreo, Triple Chocolate Dipped, Dubai Pistachio, Matcha Strawberry and many more. We use imported Callebaut chocolate, local flour, and local eggs. One taste and you’ll see the difference.

OMG I can't stop eating the cookies they make here. The next farmers market can't come fast enough I need more. I'm at a loss for words to describe the way these cookies taste. I'd let you try one but I ate them all in the car on the way home.
